But then… life happened. Work got weird. My sleep schedule turned into chaos (2 AM snacks became a personality trait). And one day I snapped because my coffee machine made a slightly different noise than usual.

That’s when I realized—okay, maybe I need help. But also… I didn’t want to jump straight into meds unless I really had to.

So I started experimenting. Messily. Inconsistently. Sometimes I forgot. Sometimes I half-assed it.

But weirdly? Some of these actually worked.

Not in a magical, “my life is perfect now” way. More like… I didn’t want to scream into a pillow every Tuesday.
